Teaching is an incredibly demanding profession and making sure we look after our wellbeing doesn’t just benefit us personally – it’s also great for our teaching and the young people we teach.

At the Institute for Teaching we’ve designed a free, research-informed programme to help NQTs and teachers in the first 5 years of their careers to develop a toolbox of strategies and resources to support themselves in their work, and to deepen their understanding of the psychology behind wellbeing.

Our Fellowship in Teacher Education course will set participants on a path towards expertise in teacher education and drive improvements in teacher training and development in their school or organisation.
